How to subscribe to a product?
Subscribing to a product is fairly simple and can be achieved by following these steps:
1. Click on "Subscribe to this product" radio option right above the add to cart button.
2. Select the Billing cycle and Delivery- we have options starting from 2 weeks through 6 months to select from!
3. Add the product to cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Add payment info and confirm your order- that's it! Our system will repeat the order based on the billing frequency selected in step number 2.
Can I update/cancel my subscription?
Yes, subscriptions can be updated through multiple ways:
1. A customer portal link will be sent through email once a subscription order is confirmed. Logging into the portal will allow changing billing frequency, payment method, and shipping address.
OR
2. Sign in to your account at Kingdom.com. Go to my account section and scroll down to find "my subscriptions" tab. This will show all active subscriptions and there will be an option to update the subscription
OR
3. If you are not confident to update on your own, just give us a call or write to us with your subscription order number. We will get your plan updated as per your desire.
Can I place a subscription order as guest?
