ABOUT THE PROMOTION:

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized and managed by Kingdom Inc. This Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform, including Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in this Promotion is subject to and governed by these Official Rules. By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Kingdom Inc.’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Kingdom Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or are inconsistent with its image, reputation, or policies. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Promotion is open to individuals who:

Have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at the time of entry.

Are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec).

Employees, officers, and directors of Kingdom Inc., as well as their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Visit Kingdom Inc.’s website via the provided link on the advertisement.

Submit your email address and any additional information on the entry form to sign up for the Kingdom Inc. newsletter.

Each valid submission will count as one (1) entry into the daily drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Kingdom Inc. reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

All entries become the property of Kingdom Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned. Data rates may apply if entering through a mobile device. Check with your service provider for details.

PROMOTION PERIOD AND DAILY DRAWINGS:

This is an ongoing Promotion, with a daily giveaway (the “Daily Prize”) during the Promotion Period. Each daily Promotion Period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on the same day.

A random drawing will be conducted at the end of each daily Promotion Period to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received that day. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Kingdom Inc. will announce each winner by email within 48 hours of the drawing.

The total giveaway prize value of $30,000 is not guaranteed to be fully awarded by the end of the year and may be less than the stated amount due to unclaimed prizes.

PRIZES:

Each daily winner will receive an item selected by Kingdom Inc. (the “Daily Prize”). The value of the Daily Prize will vary.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Kingdom Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

WINNER VERIFICATION:

Winners will be required to respond to the email notification within three (3) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize. Kingdom Inc. reserves the right to verify winners’ eligibility before awarding any prize.

PRIVACY POLICY:

By entering this Promotion, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by Kingdom Inc. for purposes of administering the Promotion and sending marketing communications. Your information will be handled in accordance with Kingdom Inc.’s Privacy Policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Kingdom Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it becomes technically compromised or otherwise cannot be conducted as planned.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Kingdom Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.

GOVERNING LAW:

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which Kingdom is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
